One of my favorite places to stay in Homer. Aspen Suites Hotel Homer, Best Western Bidarka Inn, and Seafarer Suites are some of the popular hotels in Homer. Amazing view, grill and jacuzzi is a very good idea to spend the evening at. Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen with big washing machine and dryer.
The last night stay had a rainbow above the mountains that seem to not want go away. I especially enjoyed talking with the owners journey five years ago from New York city to Alaska. Great for fishing, hiking, wildlife sights . Famous for halibut and salmon fishing charters. Surrounded by wooded hillsides, mountains with glacier, excellent restaurants, locally farmed oysters.
