It's true a man Mr. K. N. Singh is sitting there. He doesn't give the proper reply he always say he is also not getting salary from the builder. He becomes very inocent.But he collecting the payments on behalf of builder.

I have availed huge loan from the banks and paying a hefty sum of interest without any benefit. This is the case all the house owners are complaining about the maintenance. When I ask for a mail confirmation, he will say he is travelling to Delhi the next day and will send the mail next week but that next week will never come. None of the time they will tell what is the reason for the delay. Possession/Handover got postponed to 9 times till today.

The project had to be finished by dec 2015 and no work has been done just plain ground. Visited the site for past 3 years and same story.
I have been booked villa in sare home singaperumal project on may 2014. At the time of booking builder given commitment that project will be complired and hand over the key on december 2014. Even after two year of booking with sare homes,, builders are giving only excuses every time when i step in to their office or through mail. Finally i have approached for cancellation of booking on december 2015 and they accepted my cancellation kit on... Homes247.in acts as a medium/portal for providing information regarding residential projects across the country.
Intial promise it will be handover to us within 18 months. We have promised that it will be delivered with in this date still now it is not handovered to us. No update even from Sare when it will be handovered to us. We are paying lot of interest to bank they will never care about this. We are just a middle class family who have given our hard earned and saved money to these people and waited for 3 year, we don't know how much this forum can reach and how serious these complaints are taken.
But till now no response and site visit is also not allowed from the start of the project, NO customer care and no employee is listening... I have booked my 3 bhk flat in sare springview heights flat number d 504, under subventions scheme. I am paying my pre emi for past 4 years without any reimbursement from your side. Please let me know when are you guys going to reimburse me the pre emi which runs into lakh of rupees. I booked the house before 4 years still not hand overed to us.

I am unable to find out the reason of direct debit to my icici sb account after submitting the extension letter signed by me to sare group at gurgaon address in march 2016. We regret the inconvenience caused to you because of the delay and understand how frustrating it can be.
